Nutrition Update 5

There are 2 1/2 weeks to go until the next show on June 20th. My aim is to take off the last bit of bodyfat before that contest and come in even better, more shredded condition.




Contrary to what many people do I didn't binge out straight after the contest. Instead I enjoyed a nice sirloin steak with mixed vegetables with my girlfriend. I brought up my water intake back to normal and I was straight back to my diet the following day.

I have gone back to eating around 225 grams of protein (excluding amino acids), 150 grams of carbohydrate and 40 grams of fat per day. This might be changed depending on how my weight changes over the next few days.

My energy levels are good and I feel focused and able to train hard for the next show.
