BNBF Contest Results

I just competed in the BNBF Southern Championships on Sunday. I competed in the under 72kg's Lightweight category. I weighted in at around 64.5kg's on the day of the show.

There were 8 competitors in my class and I placed 4th place which gave me an invitation to the British Championships, held in Scotland in September and a nice little trophy. I was happy with my condition on the day and had a fantastic time. I will post a more detailed contest update in the next few days.
